After 2 times using it, I was so confused: - It was really smooth to apply on my palm when I tested in the shop that's why I bought it, but applying on eyes later was really different, it doesn't smooth anyone. - I couldn't screw it up, then I just wonder I paid 10 Euro for 2 time-using? then it's really expensive eyeliner ever.

This product needs to be sharpened (not a twist-up pencil), we recommend that you try doing that before usage, as well as making sure that the cap is tightly put back on after usage (as a gap in air tightness might affect smoothness of the product).
