Sales and Marketing Coordinator Central Europe

As a Sales & Marketing coordinator for Central Europe you will be a part of the Malmö team in a transparent and flat organizational structure. Our team values customer centricity and teamwork.

The head office is located in Malmö, where this role is based, and you’ll get a full support of our global team while working closely together with European organisation.

In this role, your main task would be to coordinate relevant activities for the Sales & Marketing Team for CE key markets, some of which include the below:


Marketing coordination

Semi-annual Marketing Plan
  • Campaign adaption: create and establish an overall marketing plan for local CE markets
  • Secure execution of all activities with internal and external resources
  • Campaign evaluation and optimization (according to set KPIs)
  • Secure present marketing contributions are spent efficiently
  • Send novelties for customer review
  • Tracking of local budgets vs plan

Digital and PR activities
  • Project coordination of local website pages (Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Austria)
  • Web assortment coordination on ongoing maintenance
  • Monthly delivery of digital material to distributor/customer across all countries
  • Material translation and proofreading – adapting into local languages
  • Point of contact with local PR-agency and cooperation, local events, and other brand activities


Sales Coordination

  • Support Sales Force on relevant markets – coordinate material for store openings/rebuilds/closures
  • Pricing – collect competitive pricing and confirm new pricing
  • Merch Material – plan, order and coordinate all types of merch material such as sales displays, trade samples, info-sheets, shop window promotions
  • Assortment and listing – contribute to planning of final assortment per customer, coordinate materials related to assortment and listings
  • Return handling connected to sell-in – returns, agreements, timings, logistic matters
  • Brief creative team for marketing material support with details on every new project (production & distribution done by external suppliers in corresponding country)
  • Plan, support and implement processes that drive business and customer support

Who you are:  

  • You have worked minimum 1-2 years in a similar role (beauty industry is a plus but not a must)
  • Experience in supporting sales & marketing teams in above processes and clear understanding of customer value
  • You understand the importance of supporting customers, both in technical and commercial questions
  • Experience of project management, daily administration and you are used to multi-task across several projects
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English (Swedish is a plus!)
  • Additional key languages: Spanish, French and Italian
  • Proficient in various computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
